Graduation Policy. AOI College has developed the following policy to clearly define a Completer and a Graduate: A Completer is defined as a student who has successfully completed the program contained in their signed Enrollment Agreement with a grade of “C” (70%) or better and a class attendance rate of 80% or higher during their enrollment start to end date. A Graduate is defined as a student who has received a grade of “C” (70%) or better and has a class attendance rate of 80% or higher in any one of the following:
