Grandfathered Warehouse Clerks defined. Warehouse Clerks (including Receiver, Night Crew Leader, 4th Person, General/Non-foods Head Clerk and POS Coordinator) at the time of ratification with rates at $13.60 (exclusive of any premium) and higher. Grandfathered Warehouse Clerks will have separate classification seniority and be subjected to and covered by the provisions set forth in Section 3. In the event of a layoff, the Grandfathered Warehouse Clerk and All Purpose Clerk seniority lists will be combined. A part-time Grandfathered Warehouse Clerk will have the right to claim a schedule pursuant to Section 3.6 if he is available and qualified to perform the required work. Grandfathered Warehouse Clerks will be offered checker training within sixty (60) days of ratification.
