GRANDFATHERING FOR HEALTH BENEFITS. A bargaining unit member in the bargaining unit who received full benefits as listed in Article 7.1 of the Association contract, and who was employed in good standing for the fiscal year 1988-89, will be grandfathered for these benefits and not required to pay a prorata share of the benefit package.
