Common use of GRANT COMPLETION REPORT Clause in Contracts

GRANT COMPLETION REPORT. Upon completion of the Project included in Exhibit A, the Grantee shall submit to the State a Grant Completion Report. The Grant Completion Report shall be submitted within ninety (90) calendar days of submitting the Completion Report for the final component or project to be completed under this Grant Agreement. The Grant Completion Report shall include reimbursement status, a brief description of each component completed, and how those components will further the goals of the GSP and sustainable groundwater. Retention for the last component, or project, to be completed as part of this Grant Agreement will not be disbursed until the Grant Completion Report is submitted to be approved by the State.

Retention for the last component, or project, Project to be completed as part of this Grant Agreement will not be disbursed until the Grant Completion Report is submitted to be and approved by the State.. The Grant Completion Report format is attached as Exhibit G.
