GRANT COMPLETION REPORT. The Grant Completion Report shall generally use the following format. This format may be modified as necessary to effectively communicate information on the various projects in the IRWM Program funded by this Grant Agreement, and includes the following: The Executive Summary consists of a maximum of twenty (20) pages summarizing information for the grant as well as the individual projects. • Summary of the regional priorities, objectives, and water management strategies of the IRWM Plan. • Brief comparison of work proposed in the original Safe Drinking Water, Water Quality and Supply, Flood Control, River and Coastal Protection Bond Act of 2006 IRWM Implementation Grant application and actual work done. • Brief description of the projects completed and how they will further the goals identified in the Agency’s final approved IRWM Plan. • Describe how the implemented projects will meet the regional priorities identified in the final approved IRWM Plan and how the projects contribute to regional integration. • Identify remaining work and mechanism for their implementation. • Identify any changes to the IRWM Plan as result of project implementation. • If applicable, a short discussion on how the IRWM Plan will assist in reducing dependence on Delta water supplies. • If applicable, a discussion of the critical water supply or water quality benefits to DAC as part of this Grant Agreement. • A summary of final funds disbursement for each project. • Summary of the submittal schedule for the Post Performance Reports for each of the projects in this Grant Agreement.
