Common use of GRANTING CLAUSE Clause in Contracts

GRANTING CLAUSE. In consideration of the obligation of Tenant to pay rent as herein provided and in consideration of the other terms, covenants, and conditions hereof, Landlord leases to Tenant, and Tenant takes from Landlord, the Premises, to have and to hold for the Lease Term, subject to the terms, covenants and conditions of this Lease.

GRANTING CLAUSE. In consideration of the obligation obligations of Tenant to pay rent as herein provided and in consideration of the other terms, covenants, covenants and conditions hereof, Landlord hereby demises and leases to Tenant, and Tenant takes hereby leases from Landlord, the PremisesPremises as described above, to have and to hold such premises for the Lease TermTerm of the Lease, subject to all upon the terms, covenants terms and conditions of set forth in this Lease.

In consideration of the obligation of Tenant to pay rent and other charges as herein provided and in consideration of the other terms, covenants, covenants and conditions hereof, Landlord hereby demises and leases to Tenant, and Tenant hereby takes from Landlord, the Premises, to have and to hold TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the Premises for the Lease Term, subject to all upon the terms, covenants terms and conditions of set forth in this Lease.

GRANTING CLAUSE. In consideration of the obligation of Tenant to pay rent as herein provided and in consideration of the other terms, covenants, and conditions hereof, Landlord leases to Tenant, and Tenant takes from Landlord, the Premises, together with the non-exclusive right to use the common areas, including, without limitation, the parking areas (except as provided for in Paragraph 14) and access ways, for ingress and egress, to have and to hold for the Lease Term, subject to the terms, covenants and conditions of this Lease.
