GRAZING LEASE. There is an active grazing lease within the sale area. The wire gate at the county road (River Road West) will remain closed while cattle are present.
GRAZING LEASE. For the avoidance of doubt, the consents of the parties under clause 3 includes the parties' consent to the grant of the Replacement Lease.
GRAZING LEASE. Tenant acknowledges the Xxxx Xxxxxx’x tenancy under that Grazing Lease relating to the property described on Exhibit B attached hereto. Tenant shall not interfere with Xxxx Xxxxxx’x rights under the Grazing Lease and shall reasonably cooperate with Xxxx Xxxxxx relating to his rights under the Grazing Lease.

Owners grant to Lessee an exclusive Grazing Lease with the right to graze livestock and sheep on the Owners’ [***] acres of privately owned lands, consisting of patented lode mining claims, situate in Juab and Utah Counties, Utah, in the following Townships/Ranges: T9S R2W; T9S R3W; Tl0S R2W; TIOS R3W; Tl 1S 2W; and Tl 1S R3W.
