Grid Operator Protocols. The parties agree that Project Owner will be subject to and required to comply with the protocols of the grid operator and that such protocols will control how quickly Project Owner can curtail and resume its generation of power, except that curtailment for national security or defense purpose (as required by Section 4.C of this agreement) has precedence over grid protocols.
