Grievance Committee Membership. The Board agrees to recognize a Grievance Committee of not more than four (4) teachers, each of whom shall be certified to the Board by the Association as Grievance Committee Members. A Grievance Committee Member shall have the right to entertain a teacher complaint at times during the school day when both individuals are free from parent conferences, pupil supervision, or classroom duties.
