GRIEVANCE DISPOSITION. In the event it should be decided under the Grievance Procedure that the employee was unjustly suspended or discharged, the Employer shall reinstate such employee and pay full compensation, partial or no compensation as may be decided under the Grievance Procedure, which compensation, if any, shall be at the employee's regular rate of pay at the time of such discharge or the start of such suspension, less the amount of any unemployment compensation received or any compensation earned as a result of being available for other work during the period of suspension or discharge.
