Grievance Levels. Level One. If not resolved on an informal discussion basis, the grievance shall be reduced to writing, outlining: A. The nature of the grievance and circumstances under which it arose; B. The remedy or correction the District is requested to make; and C. The Section(s) of the Agreement claimed to have been violated.
