Grievance Policy and Objectives. The Board and the Federation recognize that, in the interest of effective personnel management, a procedure is needed whereby teachers can be assured of a prompt, impartial and fair hearing on alleged misapplication, misinterpretation or violation of the Collective Bargaining Agreement. The objective of such a procedure is to secure, at the lowest administrative level and in the shortest period of time, equitable resolutions to grievances.
