Common use of Grievance Policy and Procedure Clause in Contracts

Grievance Policy and Procedure. City will comply with the grievance procedure as outlined in Resolution No. 79-22, adopted February 13, 1979, a copy of which is attached hereto. Failure to meet any time line or specifically comply with any other requirement of the grievance procedure constitutes a specific waiver and is a bar to further consideration of the grievance.
