Grievance Procedure Definitions. A. A grievance is a complaint involving an alleged violation, misinterpretation, or misapplication of the expressed terms of this Negotiated Agreement. B. A grievant shall mean a unit member or group of unit members alleging that a violation, misinterpretation, or misapplication of the Negotiated Agreement has occurred. C. A "group" grievance shall have arisen out of substantially similar circumstances affecting more than one unit member.
