GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE Section 1: Definitions. (A) A grievance is a complaint by a bargaining unit member or the Union on behalf of a specific bargaining unit member or group of members that there has been a violation, misinterpretation or misapplication of the terms of this Agreement. (B) As used in the Article, “days” shall mean work days, except during the summer recess when it shall mean days on which the district administrative office shall be open.
