GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE Section 1: Definitions. (A) A grievance is a complaint by a bargaining unit member or the Union on behalf of a specific bargaining unit member or group of members that there has been a violation, misinterpretation or misapplication of the terms of this Agreement. (B) As used in the Article, “days” shall mean work days, except during the summer recess when it shall mean days on which the district administrative office shall be open.

GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE
Section 1: Definitions. (A) 1.1 A grievance is a complaint by a bargaining unit member or the Union on behalf an alleged violation of a specific bargaining unit member term of this agreement or a dispute regarding an interpretation of the agreement. A grievance shall be only for an act or event which actually occurred.
1.2 A grievant shall mean an employee, a group of members that there has been a violationemployees, misinterpretation or misapplication of the terms of this AgreementAssociation.
(B) As used in 1.3 During the Article, summer months “school days” shall mean normal District work days, except during the summer recess when it shall mean days on which the district administrative office shall be open.
