GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE
Section A. Definitions.
1. A grievant grievance is an employeealleged misinterpretation of, group of employeesmisapplication of, or violation of, the Association (if written authorization is given by an impacted employee) having a grievanceterms and/or provisions of this Agreement.
2. A grievance grievant shall mean an individual, a group of individuals and/or the Association.
3. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as limiting the right of any employee having a complaint to discuss the matter informally with any appropriate member of the administration, including the Superintendent in situations where the employee is an action dissatisfied with the response of the athletic director or lack of action arising from building principal and does not wish to press the alleged misapplication or misinterpretation of matter by resorting to a term(s) of this Agreementformal grievance.
