Grievance Procedure Sole Method of Redress of Grievances. This grievance procedure constitutes the only method of resolving grievances covered by this Agreement. This grievance procedure is a formal mechanism intended to assure that grievances that may develop in the day-to-day activities of public service are promptly heard and answered, and that appropriate action, if necessary, is taken to correct a particular situation.
