Grievance Procedure - Stage 1. a. Within ten (10) working days of the initiation of a grievance, the representatives of the Parties shall meet to attempt to resolve the grievance. b. The Party receiving formal notice shall make formal written response within ten (10) working days of the meeting between designates of the Parties, unless otherwise mutually agreed. c. If the grieving Party is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance, it may submit the grievance to Stage 2, including, where appropriate, a restatement of the claim in the light of the formal exchange, provided that it acts within ten (10) working days of the date of receipt of the decision at Stage 1 of the grievance or, if there has been no response, within thirty (30) working days of the initiation of the grievance.
