GRIEVANCE PROCEDURES STEPS. (a) The agreed procedure for adjusting all grievances and disputes shall be as follows: Step 1: The grievance shall be discussed between the employee(s) and the Manager concerned within ten (10) calendar days from the date of the incident. The employee(s) may request to be accompanied by a Shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (or, in the Shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ absence, by another member of the Union). The Manager or Representative shall respond to the employee within five (5) days of such discussion.
GRIEVANCE PROCEDURES STEPS. The agreed procedure for adjusting all grievances and disputes shall be as follows: Step 1: The grievance shall be discussed between the employee(s) and the Manager concerned within ten (10) calendar days from the date of the incident. Step 2: In the event of failure to reach an agreement under the provisions of Step 1, the Shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and/or Union Representative may, within ten (10) calendar days from the discussion in Step 1, discuss and attempt to settle such grievance with the Area Manager or their designated Representative. The Area Manager or their Representative shall respond to the Union within five (5) days of such discussion. Step 3: If an agreement is not reached under Step 2, the Union will, within seven (7) calendar days from the discussion in Step 2, will notify the Company's Labour Relations representative in writing of the nature of the grievance and a grievance hearing will be held within ten (10) calendar days from the date of receipt of the written grievance between the Company and the Union. The Labour Relations Representative shall respond to the Union within five (5) days of such discussion.
