UNION NOTICE BOARDS. The Company agrees to provide the Union with Notice Boards upon which the Union President or a Union delegate may post bulletins pertaining to Union business, election of officers, social and recreational events. The Company will endeavour to place such bulletin boards in accessible locations i.e. staff rooms.
UNION NOTICE BOARDS. The Company agrees to establish one glass enclosed notice board, with lock, to be used solely for posting of Union notices. All such notices must bear the signature of the plant committee chairman, who, before posting, must have the notice approved by the plant manager. The notice board is to be placed in a satisfactory and unobstructed location where it may be observed by all employees.
UNION NOTICE BOARDS. Notice Boards will be provided at all assembly points and other suitable locations to the Union for their use. Existing boards shall continue to be available. Arrangements for any additional boards shall be by mutual agreement.

All such notices must bear the signature of the President or Vice-president, or of a Committeeman accompanied with the signed approval of the President or Vice-president.

The Commission will purchase and install bulletin boards at all of its sites, to be used exclusively by the Union Executive for the posting of notices and other Union business, in areas frequented by employees. The size and placement of Union notice boards will be mutually agreed upon by the parties. All notices must be signed. Anything in violation of Commission policy will be removed, subject to the grievance provisions in this agreement.
UNION NOTICE BOARDS. The Employer shall provide a notice board for the purpose of the ANMF and Worksite Representatives to post formal ANMF notices about matters pertaining to the employment relationship in connection with the operation and application of this Agreement. All such notices shall be authorised by the Union.
UNION NOTICE BOARDS. The Union shall be provided with a Union bulletin Board to communicate with the Teamster membership and shall be placed in the Cafeteria. All postings must first be approved by the Distribution Manager or his/her designate.

The Union will be accorded the rights to have notices of meetings of employees and such other notices or posters as may be approved by the management of the Company posted on bulletin boards provided for such purpose. Publication racks will be placed at the main employee entrances to enable employees to receive copies of the official publications and news of their Local and International Union.

UNION NOTICE BOARDS. The Company agrees to provide the Union with a cork Notice Board in the lunch room and at the time clock upon which the Union President or a delegate may post bulletins pertaining to Union business, election of officers, social and recreational events. The Company agrees to recognize four (4)Shop Stewards as designated by the Union. Each newly hired employee will be introduced to the Shop Xxxxxxx at the first opportunity when doing so will not cause an undue interruption with the performance of the Xxxxxxx'x job duties. In any event, such introduction will take place within one (1) week of the date of hiring. The Company will provide the employee with a copy of the Collective Agreement. The Shop Xxxxxxx will be allowed up to fifteen (15) minutes at a time approved by the Company without loss of pay, to familiarize the new with the terms and conditions of employment.
