Lost Time Sample Clauses

Lost Time. Apprentices are required to serve an additional day for each day of absence during each year of their apprenticeship, except in respect of absences due to annual leave or long service leave. The following year of their apprenticeship does not commence until the additional days have been worked. However, any time that has been worked by the apprentice in excess of their ordinary hours shall be credited to the apprentice when calculating the amount of additional time that needs to be worked in the relevant year.
Lost Time. The City agrees to pay for all reasonable time lost by an employee during their regularly scheduled working hours while processing a grievance, provided, however, the City reserves the right to revoke this benefit if, in its judgment, the privilege is being abused. Lost time shall be compensated at the employee’s straight time regular rate of pay.

The Employer agrees to pay the Chief Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxxx for time spent while acting in a representative capacity during the processing of grievances and attending meetings with officials of the Employer, but only for the straight time hours they would have worked on their regular work schedule.

If employee is placed on suspension, the Employer reserves the right to revoke this benefit upon mutual agreement with the union. Lost time shall be compensated at the employee's straight-time regular hourly rate of pay.
Lost Time. If the Service Order indicates any responsibilities on the part of Customer, Tricentis’s obligations related thereto will be subject to the complete and timely performance by Customer of Customer’s responsibilities. The remainder of this Section will only apply to Services performed by Tricentis pursuant to a Service Order on a fixed-fee basis. Any delays or additional costs incurred by Tricentis during the course of a fixed-fee engagement as a result of Customer’s failure to provide timely and properly the co-operation described in this Agreement (“Lost Time”) shall be the responsibility of Customer, and payment for all Lost Time shall be made to Tricentis at Tricentis’s then-current rates. Any payments for Lost Time will be in addition to any fixed-fee for Services. For purposes of this Agreement, “Lost Time” will include, without limitation: (i) any time Tricentis stands idle as a result of any failure of Customer to perform Customer’s responsibilities as set forth in the applicable Service Order, and (ii) any time and materials expended by Tricentis in an attempt to correct discrepancies in Services that are demonstrated by Tricentis to the reasonable satisfaction of the Customer to have been the result of an error or discrepancy in materials, technology, or information provided by Customer rather than errors of Tricentis.
Lost Time. Time necessarily lost by a teacher/ancillary staff in connection with any incident mentioned in Section 11.2, providing the teacher/ancillary staff has not violated this Agreement or state or federal laws, hereof shall not be charged against the teacher/ancillary staff. This shall not apply if the teacher/ancillary staff is incarcerated.
Lost Time. Employees shall continue to receive all benefits during time lost in connection with any incident mentioned in this Article, provided said employee is innocent of the charges levied against him/her.
Lost Time. The County agrees to pay for all reasonable time lost by an employee, including Union officers and stewards, during regular scheduled working hours while processing a grievance or in attendance at an arbitration hearing, provided, however, this benefit may be revoked if it is being abused. Revocation shall not occur, however, until after the County has notified the Union of the abuse and, after discussion between the Union and the County, the abuse has not been corrected within a designated period of time.
Lost Time. Through the consultative mechanisms established, the parties will jointly identify and record delays and lost time. The cause of the potential or actual delays identified will be examined and measures will be developed and put in place to minimise the impact of the potential or actual delays. Records of actual delays, their causes and any action taken to rectify them will be jointly maintained.
