GRIEVANCE REGARDING RATE OF PAY. A grievance alleging that any employee has failed to receive the rate of pay to which he is entitled under this Agreement, having regard to the application of seniority or rates of pay, must be presented in writing within 10 days after the pay day for the pay period in which the grievance arose. The Company shall extend the period of 10 days where there is a reasonable excuse for the grievance not having been presented within such period.
