Grievances by or on Behalf of a Faculty Member. (i) A faculty member may present a grievance in his/her own behalf, or, at the faculty member’s request, a grievance may be presented in the faculty member’s behalf by the AAUP-FA not later than twenty (20) school days following the faculty member’s knowledge of the act, event, or the commencement of the condition which is the basis of the grievance.
