Grievances Filed. Initially At Step 3. The following types of grievances shall be filed initially with the USSE’s Director of Labor Relations or his/her successor (Step 3) in accordance with the procedures specified in Sections 1 and 4 of this Article: (a) Dismissal Grievances; (b) Reclassification upward grievances (Article 53, Section 4(A); (c) Multi-university grievances (grievances involving employees in more than one University—Article 18, Section 4).
