Common use of Grievances Procedures Clause in Contracts

Grievances Procedures. Provider will maintain a system through which applicants for and recipients of service may present grievances concerning the operation of the service program. Provider will advise all applicants as to the procedure for filing said complaints and their right to obtain a hearing thereon. A copy of this procedure is to be displayed prominently in the facility and shall include the name of the County MH.IDD Administrator. A copy of the procedure will be provided to MH.IDD within 1 month of the effective date of this Contract.
