Group Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance. 2.7.1 $100,000 basic coverage. 2.7.2 The Governors shall pay 100% of the premium costs at the rate in effect on July 1, 2002, plus 50% of any subsequent increase in those costs. Any decrease in premiums will be shared between the staff member and the Governors.

Group Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance. Benefits equal to the amount of life insurance are payable when an employee has an accident at or away from work and, as a result of the accident, suffers within 90 days, loss of life, or loss of both hands, both feet, sight of both eyes, or any combination of these. Benefits equal to one-half the amount of life insurance are payable for loss of one hand, one foot, or the sight of one eye.

  • Life and Disability Insurance The Company will provide term life and disability insurance payable to the Employee, in each case in an amount up to a maximum of one times the Employee’s base salary in effect from time to time, provided however, that such amount will be reduced by the amount of any life insurance or death or disability benefit coverage, as applicable, that is provided to the Employee under any other benefit plans or arrangements of the Company. Such policies will be in accordance with the Company’s standard policies from time to time with respect to such insurance and the rules established for individual participation in such plans and under applicable law.
