Group Health and Group Life Benefit. Plans while on WCB* The Employer shall continue to cost share the premiums of the group health benefit plan and group life insurance while an employee is in receipt of Workers’ Compensation benefits, provided that the employee makes acceptable arrangements with the Employer for payment of her share of the benefit premiums. Arrangement for payments satisfactory to the Employer must be made in advance of leave and failure to do so will result in immediate cancellation of benefits.
