If Executive elects to continue group health benefits coverage in accordance with the COBRA coverage continuation requirements, Viewlocity will pay the full cost of the COBRA coverage premiums during the time period beginning on the Termination Date and ending on the earlier of the last day of the 7-month period following the Termination Date or the date such COBRA coverage terminates.
