Group Hospital and Medical Plan. 1. Contribution levels The City and BPOA agree that the City will contribute 80% of the health insurance premium for all plans offered for family, two person, and single coverage, as applicable, and the employee shall contribute 20%. The City must offer at least one non-qualified HDHP plan with an individual embedded deductible no greater than $1,500.
