Group I - Managed Print Services. a. The main components of an MPS engagement are needs assessment, selective or general replacement of Devices, and the Service, parts and Supplies needed to operate the new and/or existing Devices, including existing Third Party Devices as owned by the Purchasing Entity. The Contractor tracks how the Device fleet is being used, the problems associated with that use, and customer satisfaction in regards to meeting statement of work objectives.
