Additional Services Compensation Additional Services Compensation shall be the fees determined in accordance with Article 7 to be paid by the Owner to the Professional Consultant in connection with the performance of Additional Services.
Financial Services Compensation Scheme We are a participant in the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (the “FSCS”). As a retail client you may be eligible to claim compensation from the FSCS in certain circumstances if we, any approved bank, our nominee company or eligible custodian are in default. Most types of investment business are covered in full for the first £85,000 of any eligible claim. Intercarrier Compensation Except as specifically described in this Section, the Agreement does not change or amend applicable intercarrier compensation arrangements (including but not limited to Switched Access, Signaling, or Transit charges) between any parties, including between Qwest and Carriers or IXCs.
PROFESSIONAL COMPENSATION A. The basic salaries of teachers covered by this Agreement are set forth in Appendix A which is attached to and incorporated in this Agreement. Such salary schedule shall remain in effect during the designated periods.
Compensation Scheme If you make a complaint and we are unable to meet our liabilities, you may be entitled to compensation from the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. For investment business you will be covered up to a maximum of £50,000. For this purpose we may use electronic identity verification systems and we may conduct these checks from time to time throughout our relationship, not just at the beginning.
Extra Compensation 1. CTSO Advisors will be paid twenty-five ($25) per hour (capped at eight (8) hours per day) for non-discretionary CTSO activities (e.g., conferences, conventions, and competitions) involving students on days not scheduled as part of the regular school year calendar.
Scope of Services The specific scope of work for each job shall be determined in advance and in writing between TIPS Member, Member’s design professionals and Vendor. It is permitted for the TIPS Member to provide a general scope description, but the awarded vendor should provide a written scope of work, and if applicable, according to the TIPS Member’s design Professional as part of the proposal. Once the scope of the job is agreed to, the TIPS Member will issue a PO and/or an Agreement or Contract with the Job Order Contract Proposal referenced or as an attachment along with bond and any other special provisions agreed by the TIPS Member. If special terms and conditions other than those covered within this solicitation and awarded Agreements are required, they will be attached to the PO and/or an Agreement or Contract and shall take precedence over those in this base TIPS Vendor Agreement.
Show-Up Compensation An employee who is scheduled for work and reports for work, except for situations addressed in Article 123--Inclement or Hazardous Conditions, and is released from work shall be paid the equivalent of two
Contractor’s Compensation The total of all fees paid to the Contractor for the provision of Services as set forth in Exhibit A, including any authorized reimbursable expenses, shall not exceed the total sum of $ . Provision for Generation Compensation Grid unavailability in a contract year as defined in the PPA: (only period from 8 am to 6 pm to be counted): Generation Loss = [(Average Generation per hour during the Contract Year) × (number of hours of grid unavailability during the Contract Year)] Where, Average Generation per hour during the Contract Year (kWh) = Total generation in the Contract Year (kWh) ÷ Total hours of generation in the Contract Year. The excess generation by the SPD equal to this generation loss shall be procured by the Buying Utility at the PSA tariff so as to offset this loss in the succeeding 3 (three) Contract Years.
