Group Medical and Other Insurance Benefits. The Company shall provide for Executive, at the Company’s expense, group medical, and other insurance benefits in accordance with the Company’s Personnel Policy as in effect from time to time. All coverage under this paragraph shall be in existence or shall take effect as of the Effective Date hereof or as soon thereafter as the Company is able to obtain such coverage. The Company’s liability to Executive for any breach of this Subparagraph D.2 shall be limited to the amount of premiums required hereunder to be payable by the Company to obtain or maintain, as applicable, the coverage contemplated herein. Solely for purposes of determining the level of benefits to be provided to Executive, Executive shall be deemed to have a base salary of $250,000.
