GROUP SICKNESS AND ACCIDENT INSURANCE. Coverage for each Employee in the amount of sixty-six and two thirds percent (66 2/3%) of basic wages to the Unemployment Insurance Commission maximum for fifty-two (52) weeks to become effective on the first (1st) day of accident or hospitalization or the fourth (4th) day of any sickness or non-compensable accident. A floor of four hundred and fifty dollars ($450) will be provided for Full-time Employees as of the date of ratification.
