Growing in the Gospel. At the minimum, it is a weekly gathering where people grow in the gospel together. Since we believe the gospel is more than just how one gets saved, but it's the means by which we continue to grow as Christians, then we never move away from it. We are people with a huge problem – namely, we look to everything but Xxxxx for our identities. We need constant reminders of who we are in Xxxxx because of what He has done for us on the cross. We may cognitively know we are a new creation, but we don't always experience that. We need a community that will remind us of our true identity and help us experience this truth. However, it is not enough to simply gather; we engage in gospel conversations when we delve into the mystery of the gospel and its implications for our lives. We need some guidance in this, and that is where our study materials come in. Though there is nothing magical about these studies, they do bring intentionality to our conversations. They invite us to look to the Bible, where the gospel message is revealed. They discipline us to ask the tough questions. Questions to get below the surface and allow us a few moments to pause and reflect on the goodness of God, despite how our circumstances sometimes feel.

  • of the GIP Notwithstanding the foregoing, as applicable and consistent with the provisions of Attachment FF of this Tariff, Interconnection Customer, Transmission Provider, Transmission Owner, and Affected System Operator may adopt any alternative payment schedule that is mutually agreeable so long as Transmission Owner and Affected System Operator take one of the following actions no later than five (5) years from the Commercial Operation Date: (1) return to Interconnection Customer any amounts advanced for Network Upgrades not previously repaid, or (2) declare in writing that Transmission Owner or Affected System Operator will continue to provide payments to Interconnection Customer on a dollar-for-dollar basis for the non-usage sensitive portion of transmission charges, or develop an alternative schedule that is mutually agreeable and provides for the return of all amounts advanced for Network Upgrades not previously repaid; however, full reimbursement shall not extend beyond twenty (20) years from the Commercial Operation Date. If the Generating Facility is installed in phases, the amount eligible for refund as each phase achieves Commercial Operation will be reduced by the proportional amount of generation capacity not yet installed. However, all facilities in Appendix A other than the Generating Facility shall be built without consideration for the phasing of the Generating Facility as though the entire Generating Facility will be placed in Commercial Operation for the full output or increased output of the Generating Facility constructed by Interconnection Customer under this GIA. If the Generating Facility fails to achieve Commercial Operation, but it or another generating facility is later constructed and makes use of the Network Upgrades, Transmission Owner and Affected System Operator shall at that time reimburse Interconnection Customer for the remaining applicable amounts that may be refundable pursuant to Attachment FF of this Tariff that were advanced for the Network Upgrades on their respective systems as described above. Before any such reimbursement can occur, Interconnection Customer, or the entity that ultimately constructs the Generating Facility, if different, is responsible for identifying the entity to which the reimbursement must be made.

  • Ownership of the Goods (excluding Software) will not pass to Buyer until Supplier has received in full (in cash or cleared funds) all sums due to it in respect of:

  • Unbundled Digital Loops 2.3.1 BellSouth will offer Unbundled Digital Loops (UDL). UDLs are service specific, will be designed, will be provisioned with test points (where appropriate), and will come standard with OC and a DLR. The various UDLs are intended to support a specific digital transmission scheme or service.

  • Conflict Minerals Seller shall, no later than thirty (30) days following each calendar year in which Seller has delivered any goods to Buyer, under this Contract or otherwise, complete and provide to Buyer a single and comprehensive Conflict Minerals Reporting Template, using the form found at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. Seller shall perform appropriate due diligence on its supply chain in order to fulfill the reporting obligations of this Article.

  • wire Unbundled ISDN Digital Loops These will be provisioned according to industry standards for 2-Wire Basic Rate ISDN services and will come standard with a test point, OC, and a DLR. NewPhone will be responsible for providing BellSouth with a Service Profile Identifier (SPID) associated with a particular ISDN-capable Loop and customer. With the SPID, BellSouth will be able to adequately test the circuit and ensure that it properly supports ISDN service.

  • Integrated Digital Loop Carriers The feeder portion of some loops may be provide by means of Integrated Digital Loop Carrier (IDLC). IDLC provides a fiber optic cable transmission path that travels directly into BellSouth’s central office local switch. Where BellSouth uses IDLC ,if technically feasible and capacity does exist, BST will provide Al-Call with a Designed DS0 UVL by using alternative provisioning techniques including but not limited to such as “hairpinning” and DAC grooming. Alternative provisioning techniques will be provided at no additional cost to Al-Call . Hairpinning involves providing a DS0 signal from an IDLC-served loop to Al-Call ’s collocation equipment by using a dedicated pathway that traverses BellSouth’s central office switch. BellSouth will provide such DS0 signal to Al-Call by establishing a copper cross connect between the BellSouth switch and Al-Call ’s collocation equipment.

  • Outpatient emergency and urgicenter services within the service area The emergency room copay applies to all outpatient emergency visits that do not result in hospital admission within twenty-four (24) hours. The urgicenter copay is the same as the primary care clinic office visit copay.

  • Indiana Veteran’s Business Enterprise Compliance Award of this Contract was based, in part, on the Indiana Veteran’s Business Enterprise (“IVBE”) participation plan. The following IVBE subcontractors will be participating in this Contract: VBE PHONE COMPANY NAME SCOPE OF PRODUCTS and/or SERVICES UTILIZATION DATE PERCENT _____________________________________________________________________________________ _____________________________________________________________________________________ A copy of each subcontractor agreement shall be submitted to IDOA within thirty (30) days of the request. Failure to provide any subcontractor agreement may also be considered a material breach of this Contract. The Contractor must obtain approval from IDOA before changing the IVBE participation plan submitted in connection with this Contract. The Contractor shall report payments made to IVBE subcontractors under this Contract on a monthly basis. Monthly reports shall be made using the online audit tool, commonly referred to as “Pay Audit.” IVBE subcontractor payments shall also be reported to IDOA as reasonably requested and in a format to be determined by IDOA.

  • Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where InterGlobe has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses IDLC systems to provide the local service to the End User and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to InterGlobe. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for InterGlobe (e.g. hairpinning):

  • Wire Unbundled DS1 Digital Loop This is a designed 4-wire Loop that is provisioned according to industry standards for DS1 or Primary Rate ISDN services and will come standard with a test point, OC, and a DLR. A DS1 Loop may be provisioned over a variety of loop transmission technologies including copper, HDSL-based technology or fiber optic transport systems. It will include a 4-Wire DS1 Network Interface at the End User’s location.
