Non-Guarantee of Employment Nothing in the Plan or the Agreement shall be construed as a contract of employment between the Corporation (or an affiliate) and Grantee, or as a contractual right of Grantee to continue in the employ of the Corporation or an affiliate, or as a limitation of the right of the Corporation or an affiliate to discharge Grantee at any time.
No Guarantee of Employment This Agreement is not an employment policy or contract. It does not give the Executive the right to remain an employee of the Company, nor does it interfere with the Company's right to discharge the Executive. It also does not require the Executive to remain an employee nor interfere with the Executive's right to terminate employment at any time.
Amendment of Employment Agreement The Employment Agreement is hereby amended as follows:
Termination of Employment Agreement (a) Effective as of the Effective Date and immediately prior to the Effective Time, the Employment Agreement is hereby terminated and shall be of no further force or effect whatsoever; provided, however, that, and notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, such termination shall be contingent on the closing of the Merger.
Effect of Employment Agreement Notwithstanding any provision herein to the contrary, in the event of any inconsistency between this Section 6 and any employment agreement entered into by and between you and the Company, the terms of the employment agreement shall control.
Termination of Employment Agreements Any and all Employment Agreements entered into between the Company or any of its Subsidiaries and the Executive prior to the date of this Agreement are hereby terminated.
Release of Employment Claims Executive agrees, as a condition to receipt of the termination payments and benefits provided for in this Section 4, that he/she will execute a release agreement, a form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, releasing any and all claims arising out of Executive’s employment.
Employment and Consulting Agreements Xxxxxxx X. Xxxx and Xxxx X. Xxxxxx shall have executed and delivered employment agreements with BRI, and Xxxxxx Xxxx shall have executed and delivered a Consulting Agreement with BRI.
Employment Agreement On the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Company agrees to employ the Executive and the Executive agrees to be employed by the Company for the Employment Period set forth in Section 2 hereof and in the position and with the duties set forth in Section 3 hereof.
