Guarantee of Rehearsal Hours. 1) All ARTISTS engaged pursuant to Paragraph (b) (1) above shall be guaranteed not less than ten (10) paid rehearsal hours to be paid for at the rate of eighty- nine ($89.00) Dollars per hour as of 7/1/99; ninety-five ($95.00) Dollars per hour as of 7/1/00; one hundred two ($102.00) Dollars per hour as of 7/1/01. No free hours of rehearsal shall be permitted.

  • Guarantee of Payment This Guarantee Agreement creates a guarantee of payment and not of collection. This Guarantee Agreement will not be discharged except by payment of the Guarantee Payments in full (without duplication of amounts theretofore paid by the Issuer) or upon distribution of Debentures to Holders as provided in the Trust Agreement.

The Guarantors hereby jointly and severally agree that if the Borrower or other Guarantor(s) shall fail to pay in full when due (whether at stated maturity, by acceleration or otherwise) any of the Guaranteed Obligations, the Guarantors will promptly pay the same in cash, without any demand or notice whatsoever, and that in the case of any extension of time of payment or renewal of any of the Guaranteed Obligations, the same will be promptly paid in full when due (whether at extended maturity, by acceleration or otherwise) in accordance with the terms of such extension or renewal.

  • Notification of Reemployment Opening 1. Any employee who is laid off and is subsequently eligible for reemployment shall be notified in writing by the District. Such notice shall be sent, with a “Proof of Service by Mail” form, to the last address given the District by the employee.
