Guaranteed Daily Fuel Consumption. (a) Owners guarantee that subject to the other provisions of Appendix C, the maximum daily fuel consumption of the Vessel for all purposes shall not exceed the quantities tabulated in Clause 26(e) and, where applicable shall be prorated between the speeds shown.
