Guaranteed Minimum Fortnightly Wage Payment. A full-time Employee shall be entitled to a guaranteed minimum fortnightly payment which shall be twice the Base Weekly Agreement Rate of pay set out in the table in clause 9.1 for the Employee’s Classification Level. To be entitled to this payment, the Employee must be ready, willing and able to perform their duties under this Agreement.
