Common use of Guide Clause in Contracts

Guide. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, and without limiting any obligations or duties of the Seller herein, Seller shall comply with and perform in accordance with the Guides. All obligations or duties of the Seller set forth in this Agreement are in addition to those set forth in the Guides. To the fullest extent possible, the Guides and this Agreement shall be read as setting forth a comprehensive set of requirements, obligations and duties of the Seller. For the avoidance of doubt, Seller understands and agrees that in the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the Guide, the terms of the Guides shall prevail.
