Evaluate. Xx. Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Senior Consultant, manages the development and delivery of professional learning systems and change efforts. Xx. Xxxxxx is currently serving as advisor for the grades K–5 Chicago Public Schools curriculum development project. She is also serving as client lead for a K–5 literacy audit in Hillsborough County (FL) Public Schools, as well as subject matter expert for the delivery of K–3 professional learning for the Connecticut State Department of Education (DOE). Previously, Xxxxxxx served as Clinical Assistant Professor for the University of Florida, School of Special Education, Psychology, and Early Childhood Studies. In this role, she collaborated with and supported the University of Florida Literacy Initiative and the Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx Literacy Challenge, including professional learning, collaborating with partnership facilitators, and building capacity of teachers and school leaders as well as teaching all of the courses for the graduate certificate in Dyslexia. Xxxx Xxxxxxxx, Senior Consultant, has over 20 years of experience in the early childhood field working within early care and education, early intervention, infant and early childhood mental health, health and child welfare systems. Prior to joining PCG, Xx. Xxxxxxxx co-directed the Professional Development and Workforce Innovations Department at ZERO TO THREE. In this position she was responsible for advancing ZERO TO THREE’s capacity to offer high quality professional development and technical assistance services to the early childhood field.

Evaluate. We will gather feedback to ensure that all stakeholders feel that their voices have been heard and that they have been able to make a difference.
Evaluate. A crucial component of training is evaluation. To guide the development of our evaluation tools, HMA uses the Xxxxxxxxxxx Model, which is among the most widely recognized models for analyzing and evaluating results of training and education programs. We will adapt the model to focus more on process to use in a one-time training or utilize the model in full if there are ongoing training and follow- up with participants. The model includes four evaluation domains that include participant reaction to the training, learning acquisition, application of learning, and results.
Evaluate. At the 9 month mark, the STM and congregational leaders will review the progress made toward the identified goals/priorities, and make adjustments as needed. For example, some of the original goals/priorities might have been accomplished or set aside and new objectives added. In other words, this process is marked by some degree of fluidity, all in the service of deepening the health of the congregation. It also may be that sufficient progress is noted that the contract can be concluded at the 12-month interval. At the 12 month mark (and subsequent 3-month intervals, if further contract extensions are agreed upon), the same will happen.

7.6.1.5.2. At least once per year, make recommendations to the Board regarding action to be taken based on the analysis conducted.
Evaluate. After the RFQ closes, the ordering activity evaluates all responses received using a selected evaluation approach. For example, an ordering activity could select the BPA awardee that represents the best value. Ordering activities determine their own evaluation criteria.
