Guidelines for the Child Protection Service. A set of guidelines will be developed outlining the roles and responsibilities of the Child Protection Service workers in support of this protocol. The focus of the guidelines will be to ensure Child Protection workers know when to consult XXXXX and what the purpose of the consultation is. Importantly the guidelines will further define the expectation that the Child Protection Service involve relevant members of the child’s Aboriginal community in case planning decisions.

  • Child Protection The Contractor acknowledges that it (and its personnel) are aware of the requirements of the Child Protection (Working with Children) Act 2012 (NSW) and all related laws concerning child protection (Child Protection Laws). The Contractor will ensure that it (and its personnel) comply with the requirements of the Child Protection Laws and policies of the DoE relating to child protection as notified to the Contractor from time to time. The Contractor must, at the Contractor’s expense, certify that the Contractor and the Contractor’s personnel are not a prohibited person under any Child Protection Laws and undergo any other screening, such as the ‘Working with Children Check’, as required under Child Protection Laws or by the School (or DoE). Any of the Contractor’s personnel that is a prohibited person under any Child Protection Laws must not be engaged in providing any Services. The Contractor is to immediately advise the Department if it becomes aware that it (or its personnel) are the subject of a reportable allegation involving children.

  • Notice of Privacy Practices Business Associate shall abide by the limitations of Covered Entity’s Notice of which it has knowledge. Any use or disclosure permitted by this Agreement may be amended by changes to Covered Entity’s Notice; provided, however, that the amended Notice shall not affect permitted uses and disclosures on which Business Associate relied prior to receiving notice of such amended Notice.

  • System Protection To prevent compromise of systems which contain DSHS Data or through which that Data passes: a. Systems containing DSHS Data must have all security patches or hotfixes applied within 3 months of being made available. b. The Contractor will have a method of ensuring that the requisite patches and hotfixes have been applied within the required timeframes. c. Systems containing DSHS Data shall have an Anti-Malware application, if available, installed. d. Anti-Malware software shall be kept up to date. The product, its anti-virus engine, and any malware database the system uses, will be no more than one update behind current.

  • DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY 14.1 In addition to Supplier’s obligations under Sections 6, 9, 10, and 15, Supplier will comply with this Section 14 when processing Accenture Personal Data. "Accenture Personal Data" means personal data owned, licensed, or otherwise controlled or processed by Accenture including personal data processed by Accenture on behalf of its clients. “Accenture Data” means all information, data and intellectual property of Accenture or its clients or other suppliers, collected, stored, hosted, processed, received and/or generated by Supplier in connection with providing the Deliverables to Accenture, including Accenture Personal Data.

  • Rights Protection Mechanisms and Abuse Mitigation ­‐ Registry Operator commits to implementing and performing the following protections for the TLD: i. In order to help registrars and registrants identify inaccurate data in the Whois database, Registry Operator will audit Whois data for accuracy on a statistically significant basis (this commitment will be considered satisfied by virtue of and for so long as ICANN conducts such audits). ii. Work with registrars and registrants to remediate inaccurate Whois data to help ensure a more accurate Whois database. Registry Operator reserves the right to cancel a domain name registration on the basis of inaccurate data, if necessary. iii. Establish and maintain a Domains Protected Marks List (DPML), a trademark protection service that allows rights holders to reserve registration of exact match trademark terms and terms that contain their trademarks across all gTLDs administered by Registry Operator under certain terms and conditions. iv. At no cost to trademark holders, establish and maintain a Claims Plus service, which is a notice protection mechanism that begins at the end of ICANN’s mandated Trademark Claims period. v. Bind registrants to terms of use that define and prohibit illegal or abusive activity. vi. Limit the use of proxy and privacy registration services in cases of malfeasance. vii. Consistent with the terms of this Registry Agreement, reserve the right to exclude from distribution any registrars with a history of non-­‐compliance with the terms of the Registrar Accreditation Agreement. viii. Registry Operator will be properly resourced to perform these protections.

  • Predatory Lending Regulations No Mortgage Loan is a High Cost Loan or Covered Loan, as applicable, and no Mortgage Loan originated on or after October 1, 2002 through March 6, 2003 is governed by the Georgia Fair Lending Act. No Mortgage Loan is covered by the Home Ownership and Equity Protection Act of 1994 and no Mortgage Loan is in violation of any comparable state or local law;

  • Child Care The County will continue to support the concept of non-profit child care facilities similar to the “Kid’s at Work” program established in the Public Works Department.

  • Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx/Market Abuse Laws You acknowledge that, depending on your country or broker’s country, or the country in which Common Stock is listed, you may be subject to xxxxxxx xxxxxxx restrictions and/or market abuse laws in applicable jurisdictions, which may affect your ability to accept, acquire, sell or attempt to sell, or otherwise dispose of the shares of Common Stock, rights to shares of Common Stock (e.g., RSUs) or rights linked to the value of Common Stock, during such times as you are considered to have “inside information” regarding the Company (as defined by the laws or regulations in applicable jurisdictions, including the United States and your country).   • Child Abuse Reporting Requirements A. Grantees shall comply with child abuse and neglect reporting requirements in Texas Family Code Chapter 261. This section is in addition to and does not supersede any other legal obligation of the Grantee to report child abuse. B. Grantee shall use the Texas Abuse Hotline Website located at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/Login/Default.aspx as required by the System Agency. Grantee shall retain reporting documentation on site and make it available for inspection by the System Agency.

  • Requirements for Protection In compliance with NPCC requirements and Good Utility Practice, Developer shall provide, install, own, and maintain relays, circuit breakers and all other devices necessary to remove any fault contribution of the Large Generating Facility to any short circuit occurring on the New York State Transmission System not otherwise isolated by Connecting Transmission Owner’s equipment, such that the removal of the fault contribution shall be coordinated with the protective requirements of the New York State Transmission System. Such protective equipment shall include, without limitation, a disconnecting device or switch with load- interrupting capability located between the Large Generating Facility and the New York State Transmission System at a site selected upon mutual agreement (not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed) of the Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner. Developer shall be responsible for protection of the Large Generating Facility and Developer’s other equipment from such conditions as negative sequence currents, over- or under-frequency, sudden load rejection, over- or under-voltage, and generator loss-of-field. Developer shall be solely responsible to disconnect the Large Generating Facility and Developer’s other equipment if conditions on the New York State Transmission System could adversely affect the Large Generating Facility.
