Child Protection Barracudas’ staff have a duty to respond if they suspect a child may be suffering from or makes a disclosure about abuse. In this event staff will contact the relevant local authority and act on their advice.

Prescription and Over-the-Counter Medications Employees taking physician-prescribed or over-the-counter medications, if there is a substantial likelihood that such medication will affect job safety, must notify their supervisor or other designated official of the fact that they are taking a medication and the side effects of the medication.

Guidelines Explanation The Board President will accept applications. The Board will discuss, at an open meeting, its process to review the applications and who will contact applicants for an interview. Who accepts vacancy applications is at the Board's sole discretion. According to 2:110, Qualifications, Term, and Duties of Board Officers, the Board President is a logical officer to accept the applications, but this task may be delegated to the Secretary or Superintendent's secretary if the Board determines that it is more convenient. Xxxx Protection 23.1With respect to the Parties' rights and obligations under this Framework Agreement, the Parties agree that the Authority is the Data Controller and that the Supplier is the Data Processor.
