Guidelines Governing Response and Commitment to an Emergency a. Immediate emergencies that require the use of red lights and sirens by responding fire vehicles shall be a part of this Agreement. Non-Immediate calls such as public service assists, post fire investigations, and other responses that do not require the use of red lights and sirens shall not be a part of this Agreement; these calls shall be handled by the responsible jurisdiction.
