Common use of HANDBACK OF BUS DEPOT Clause in Contracts

HANDBACK OF BUS DEPOT. 11.8.1 Subject to the provisions of Article 23, the Operator shall at the end of the Transition Assistance Period, handover without payment of any monies and free from Encumbrances the peaceful possession of the Bus Depot and any other immovable assets that may have been provided by the Authority to the Operator, in sound condition, subject to normal wear and tear; 11.8.2 Unless the Authority decides to exercise its option to purchase at fair market rate or hire the Operator’s equipment in terms of Clause 23.2.8, the Operator shall be allowed to take away any temporary structures, equipment installed by it at the Control Centre including any consumables procured by Operator for the execution of the Project.
