ROUTES AND SCHEDULES a. CONTRACTOR shall operate the bus(es) according to the routes approved by the BOARD. The BOARD on the basis of safety, efficiency and economy shall approve such routes. b. On the 40th day of the school year, CONTRACTOR shall furnish BOARD a complete route map and roster of eligible students who are transported. Additional reports shall be submitted as follows: c. The BOARD reserves the right to modify the routes consistent with the terms of this contract, should circumstances require such modifications. The superintendent or designee may modify stops and time schedules as required. The CONTRACTOR shall be notified in writing by the BOARD’s superintendent or designee when changes are necessary, and CONTRACTOR shall adjust its operations to incorporate such changes.

ROUTES AND SCHEDULES. 16.4.1 The Parties agree that the Authority shall have the exclusive right to determine routes, frequency and schedule of the Buses as part of Deployment Plan through the Contract Period. The Authority shall provide the routes for Operation as specified in Schedule-J (the “Operational Routes”). The Authority shall be required to consult with the Operator in case it carries out a change to any Operational Route such that it affects the origin and destination of the relevant Operational Route. The Parties agree that no such consultation would be required in case such change in the relevant Operational Route does not affect the origin and destination of the relevant Operational Route. The Operator shall only ply Buses on the Operational Routes, unless directed otherwise by the Authority. For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that the Authority may amend the Operational Routes with prior notice to the Operator under and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. Provided further that if the Authority amends the Operational Routes pursuant to this Clause 16.4.1, there shall be no reduction in the kilometres. 16.4.2 In the event the Operator makes any unscheduled or unauthorized trip outside operation hours and beyond the Operational Routes or in violation of any requirement of the Deployment Plan or without specific instructions of the Authority in relation thereof, it shall be liable for payment of Damages at the rate of [0.01% (zero point zero one percent)] of the Performance Security. 16.4.3 The Authority may after due notification to the Operator, change the route(s)/ frequency/ schedule of the Buses due to any reason whatsoever including but not limited to passenger feedback, special circumstances, festivals and seasonal requirements. In case the Authority makes any such change(s), it shall notify the Operator in writing [5 (five)] days prior to implementation of such change. 16.4.4 Unless directed by the Authority, the Operator shall maintain the frequency of the Buses as specified in the Deployment Plan. 16.4.5 The actual hours of operations in a day are specified in the Deployment Plan. The Parties agree that the hours of operation may be segregated into peak hours and off-peak hours of operation. 16.4.6 In the event there is a need for change in route of Bus, the Operator shall inform the control centre for monitoring of all activities (“Control Centre”) about it and the same shall be tallied with the change in route length measured by ...
ROUTES AND SCHEDULES. The Contractor shall submit detailed route maps (in a County approved format) to the County at least ninety (90) days prior to Start of Service. The routes will be detailed and show the area to be collected, the starting point for Collection and the exact direction of travel and order of travel through streets and alleys to be collected. Routes shall be numbered and the days of Collection specified. Whenever practical, Collection days shall be the same as provided on the Contract Date. The submitted route maps shall indicate any changes to the Collection days from the schedule that existed on the Contract Date. The County will notify the Contractor of any required changes not less than thirty (30) days prior to the Start of Service under this Agreement. Once routes are approved, starting points and direction of travel will remain the same each week unless the County approves changes. Any subsequent changes of routing, including seasonal changes, after the Start of Service must be submitted to the County thirty (30) days prior to implementation. All such changed routes must be documented in the same detail as the original maps supplied by the Contractor. Not more than two (2) weeks, nor less than one (1) week prior to implementing any changes in routes or Collection schedules which alters the day of Collection, the Contractor must notify each Customer affected. Notice shall be made in writing to each individual Customer.

Contractor shall furnish District a complete route map on or before the tenth (10th) day prior to enrollment of each school year. 9.2 District shall furnish Contractor with a list of student names and addresses prior to the start of each school year, from which Contractor will construct a complete route map. Contractor shall use the route information provided by District to calculate the approximate time of pick up and drop off for each stop. Contractor shall then provide a list of such times to District. District shall inform parents and families of these times. 9.3 District reserves the right to establish the routes and schedules to be followed and to make changes therein from time to time. District shall notify Contractor whenever changes are necessary in routes or time schedules, and Contractor shall make a reasonable effort to adjust its operations to incorporate such changes within three (3) days after notice is received from District.

Contractor shall furnish District a complete route map on or before the first day of enrollment of each school year. 6.2 District shall furnish Contractor service dates with a list of student names and addresses at least forty-five (45) days prior to the start of each school year, from which Contractor will construct a complete route map. 6.3 Performance of the routing and other services under this Agreement may entail the disclosure of personally identifiable information from student education records protected by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) ("Student Information"). For the purposes of this Agreement, Contractor will be designated as a “school official” with “legitimate educational interests” in Student Information, as those terms have been defined under FERPA and its implementing regulations and will abide by the limitations and requirements imposed by 34 CFR 99.33 (a) on District. To that end, any personally identifiable information, as that term is defined by FERPA, may be used by Contractor only for the purposes for which disclosure was made. 6.4 Notwithstanding the foregoing, District reserves the right to establish the routes and schedules to be followed and to make changes therein from time to time. District shall notify Contractor whenever changes are necessary in routes or time schedules, and Contractor shall adjust its operations to incorporate such changes within five (5) business days after notice is received from District. In the event District changes routes or schedules once service has begun or been published, District will assist in republication of changes or other notification to those students whose service has been changed. Contractor shall consult with District regarding stops or portions of routes that Contractor considers to be a safety concern due to traffic patterns or configurations. If any stop or portion of a route remains unchanged by District after such discussions, and Contractor believes such stop or route presents an unacceptable safety risk to Contractor’s property or students, Contractor may reject the stop or route portion and provide District with alternative designations by written notice.
ROUTES AND SCHEDULES. The Grantee shall periodically provide the Grantor with schedules of residential collection routes and keep such information current at all times. In the event of changes in routes or schedules that will alter the day of pickup, Grantee shall notify each customer affected by either direct mail or door hangers which the Grantor shall approve for such purpose. Grantee shall also notify customers by placing an advertisement prominently displayed in a local newspaper on at least two (2) occasions, the latter being at least one (1) week prior to the change. All such changes in routes or schedules will also be immediately communicated to Grantor at the time determined by the Grantee.
ROUTES AND SCHEDULES. 13.1 The Authority shall have the exclusive authority to determine Routes, frequency and schedules of the Contracted Buses as a part of the Fleet Deployment Plan throughout the Total Contract Period. 13.2 The Operator shall ensure that the Contracted Buses are operated on the said Routes, frequency and schedules and other requirements as specified in the Fleet Deployment Plan and as specified by the Authority from time to time in accordance with the operation and maintenance standards specified herein. 13.3 The Authority may at any time make changes to the Routes, frequency, schedules of Contracted Buses due to any reason whatsoever including but not limited to special circumstances, festivals, and seasonal requirements. 13.4 In the event the Authority makes changes as specified in Clause 13.3 above, it shall notify the Operator in writing [seven (7) days] prior to the date of implementation of such change. 13.5 In the event the Operator makes any unscheduled or unauthorized trip outside operation hours and beyond the Routes or in violation of any requirement of the Fleet Deployment Plan or specific instructions notified by the Authority in relation thereof, it shall be liable for the penalty set forth in this Agreement.

ROUTES AND SCHEDULES. DISTRICT shall be responsible for planning all routes, stops and schedules. DISTRICT will furnish CONTRACTOR a complete route map and copies of all routes and corresponding Left/Rights, including a route standard, on or before 10 days prior to the opening of school preceding each Contract Year. CONTRACTOR shall work with DISTRICT's designee in planning the routes and otherwise performing this Agreement. All route standards shall be computed using the latest version of TransTraks. The base Driving Speeds used shall be as follows:  Interstate Highways – 55 MPH
