Common use of HANDICAPPED EMPLOYEES Clause in Contracts

HANDICAPPED EMPLOYEES. In the event of employees sustaining injuries at work, or becoming affected by occupational diseases during the course of their employment and becoming physically handicapped as a result thereof, every effort will be made by the Company to give the handicapped employee such suitable employment as is available.
