HANDLING MATERIALS. All materials shall be handled in such manner as to preserve their quality and fitness for the Work. Aggregates shall be transported from the storage site to the Work in tight vehicles so constructed as to prevent loss or segregation of materials after loading and measuring in order that there may be no inconsistencies in the quantities of materials intended for incorporation in the Work as loaded and the quantities as actually received at the place of operations.
