HANDLING OF COMPLAINTS AND GRIEVANCES. 1. Any grievances, applications and complaints concerning the provision of Medical Services, including in particular their quality, availability and timeliness, should be directed by the Customer directly to Medicover. 2. Complaints addressed to Medicover shall be considered within 30 days of their receipt, and the person who submitted them shall be informed about the manner of their consideration immediately after their consideration.
