HANDLING SERVICES AND CHARGES. 1.1 The Handling Company shall provide the following services of Annex A at the following rates. The rates are stated in USD and do not include VAT. VAT should be raised , ultimately, from the Carrier, according to Russian Federation Legislation. 1.2 No extra charges will be due over and above the charges as mentioned in sub-paragraphs 1.3 and 1.5, of this Annex B 1.2. for providing these services at night, on Public Holidays.
