Baggage Handling. Whenever possible, Xxxx persons shall be entitled to receive a gratuity of two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50) in and two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50) out for each bag on a tour. Effective January 1, 2009 the gratuity will increase to two dollars and seventy five cents ($2.75) in and two dollars and seventy five cents ($2.75) out for each bag on a tour. This provision shall not limit the Employer’s competitive position if a tour operator is not prepared to pay a gratuity in the amount previously stated. The Union shall be given reasonable access to relevant documents which support the basis of the Employer’s decision that to be competitive it had to reduce the previously described bag handling gratuity.

Baggage Handling. For Groups Only - a total gratuity of $4.00 per guest will be charged for bags, both going in and out (i.e., one $4.00 total gratuity per guest) except for business entered into prior to May 6, 2001 and quotes outstanding on that date. The money is distributed amongst the actual baggage handlers. A Xxxxxxx must handle the bag to get a share. In the case of low budget groups the gratuity may be lowered depending upon the terms negotiated between the Hotel and such group. In such cases, Bellmen will be advised.
Baggage Handling. Baggage handling service fees within or outside the Los Angeles region are reimbursable at standard reasonable rates. Supplies, equipment rental, reprographics, and facsimile related expenses may be reimbursed when traveling on District business. Such expenses shall be billed at cost.

4.4 The Handling Company is fully liable that in case mishandled bags with World Tracer codes 11, 21, 41-43, 51, 76 are being registered, every such occurrence has to be investigated and reported to the Carrier Area Station Manager on a monthly basis.
4.5 Inbound flight first bag shall be delivered to airport arrival baggage belt within 15 minutes after ATA and last bag shall delivered within 25 minutes after ATA. The Handling Company shall provide monthly baggage arrival reports to the Carrier Area Station Manager. Quality target for timely bag delivery is not more than 1 flight with arrival baggage delay per 20 flights.
