Handover of Project Site. 4.1.1 Prior to the handover of Project Site to the Developer, the Authority and the Developer shall within 15 (fifteen) days from the Appointed Date conduct joint inspection of the Project Site and agree to the exact area and inventory of the existing facilities therein and jointly prepare and sign a joint inspection report.
